Wonderful customer service
I would like to thank the staff..from the North Station parking garage, the elevator operators, and finally our usher Mike. We sat in the wheelchair accessible section for a Celtics game.
My friend recently had to start using a wheelchair. I purchased the special seats. Was apprehensive about the challengers we might face . It didn't take long before we were totally at ease. The TD staff guided us to elevators and to our section 303
The view of the court was wonderful ,seating was comfortable and Mike the usher was so accomodating.
We enjoyed the game and the timeout dancing etc.even though the Celtics lost.
